The travel agent must make a request to Xeni, who will contact the inventory provider. We will respond in less than 24 hours and update you through email. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will not be charged for the flight. Xeni supports the agent in servicing their traveler. The agent can either raise a request through the Help section of the command center or contact Xeni through our customer support hotline 800-481-5180. Xeni does offer 24/7 support.
