Your default markups start out at 0%, and you must select the values you want. In command center, go to Setting ->Markup settings and select the default markups for your inventory. You can add markups to hotels, car rentals, and activities. There is no markup currently available for flights. Refund/Protect is fixed at a 3% markup.
