Why is there a $1.00 charge on my statement? Print

When you initially subscribe with us or make your first booking, we may contact your credit card’s issuing bank to confirm that your card is a valid number and has not been reported lost or stolen. This request is sent as a $1.00 authorization. We will not actually proceed with the $1.00 charge, but this is an important security measure to protect Xeni and its users against fraudulent charges.
