As an Agency owner, you have the option to block the itinerary for your clients. Generally, you have 24hrs to ticket the itinerary. Please connect with customer support to enable the ticket hold feature for your agency. 


To Book the ticket follow these steps

1.  Search your desired itinerary.

2. On the checkout page, fill in the passenger details and your credit card information. While your credit card will not be charged at this point, a temporary authorization hold will be placed on your card for the itinerary amount.

3. Once you have booked the itinerary, go back to your Command Center -> Bookings.

4. You will see a ticket book icon  appear for your recently booked flight. Click on it and your flight will get ticketed.

5. An email will be sent to you with the PNR and the ticket number. Sometimes it might take about 5-10 mins to receive the email. If you don't receive the email in that time frame, contact the Xeniapp Support Team.
